Word of Life Camp Administrator or his agent may contact the pastor of attendees to discuss granting permission to attend Camp. It is to me understood that attending Word of Life Camp is a privilege, not a right. Word of Life Camp Administration maintains the absolute right to grant or deny permission to attend said camp. Furthermore, if after Camper has arrived, permission to remain at Camp can be revoked. Word of Life Camp does not guarantee or provide transportation to and from Camp. It is the Parent/Guardian responsibility to provide timely transport to and from Camp location. Additionally, if Camper needs to leave the camp for any reason, it is the Parent/Guardian responsibility to transport Camper. It is understood that there are numerous inherent risks associated with camping and therefore, the Parent/Guardian must sign a release form for each child or the child will not be able to attend Camp. Camping is a rustic and primitive way of life and certain children and adults may not be able to participate in Camp activities; therefore, please take this into consideration before Camp. While Campers are on grounds, they must agree to abide by certain behavioral and general organizational rules of order. Breaking of the rules will be handled in an age appropriate manner and if disruptive behavior continues, Camper will be required to leave camp under Parent/Guardian supervision.
